The Retreat

You will be welcomed to Kingscote House on Sunday afternoon between 3pm and 530pm. 

The afternoon is for arrival, to settle in, and explore the beautiful gardens and grounds or enjoy the hot tub and house. 

  

You will formally meet each other over dinner and begin your first group mindfulness practice that evening. 

  

Breakfast each morning is designed to be leisurely and meet everyone’s specific preferences. Therefore, it is available between 7-11am. 

  

Within your personal morning routine, you will attend your daily on-line personal counselling session. This is each morning from 9-950am for every participant. It is conducted in the privacy of your bedroom.  

  

After counselling each day at 1130am you will regroup in the Matara Centre for your 20-minuet group mindfulness practice. 

  

Lunch hour is at 1pm daily in Kingscote House.  

  

At 2pm each afternoon you will return to the Matara Centre to attend workshops, presentations or group work activities.

 

This is a holistic focused approach to education and self-regulation of anxiety and panic symptoms while providing you with tools proven to strengthen your individual window of tolerance. 

 

Over-all the program is designed to equip your adult self with psychological tools to self-parent your inner child.  

 

Check out from Kingscote House is at 11am on Friday morning and you will again return to the Matara Centre for group mindfulness practice and retreat ending.  

 

The retreat finishes at 1pm on the Friday.
